We have three locations on the Island.
Clubhouse |

The Bay
Room –
Looking out over the beautiful Newport Harbor, this room accommodates
large meetings and social functions of up to 225 members and
guests. It has a dance floor, fireplace, sound and music system
and direct access to our large commercial kitchen. |

The Garden
Room –
Featuring a large wet bar, big screen TV, fireplace, awards
cabinet and room for 120, this delightful spot is home to many
Yacht Club events, from sailing instruction, award ceremonies
and smaller gatherings. It can also be combined with the Bay
Room for our largest functions. |
The
Clubhouse includes the Board Room for smaller
meetings. |
Dockside
Two large floating
docks offer temporary tie-up for boats between races or overnight
guests. The LIYC race tower, at the end of the pier provides great
visibility for the racers and race committee alike. The beach next
to our clubhouse provides our community many wonderful hours of
‘fun in the sun’ all year round! The beach features
a swim float with sliding board and a concrete and plastic mat for
manually launching small boats. Bathroom facilities are available
along with an outdoor fresh water shower.

Patio
Deck –
This popular spot is just right for watching the sailors, enjoying
a spectacular sunset and every Friday evening during the Summer,
you’ll find LIYC members enjoying our popular Barbeque
and Racing Nights. |
 
Genoa
Boat Gardens
The
two Genoa Boat Gardens, located at the corner of Via Genoa and Via
Lido Soud, provide storage for residents small boats (Lido 14’s,
CFJ’s, Sabots, Lasers, inflatables, small powerboats and kayaks).
Genoa East (above) features two small-boat launch ramps on state
of the art pneumatically controlled short floating ramps and a concrete
vehicle boat launch ramp. Genoa West (below) has an electric hoist
with a capacity of 1000 lb. with a floating dock and crew ramp.
In addition a concrete ramp for dolly boat launching is available.
Both locations have a fresh water wash down area.
